From crew call to strike.

Waste operations don’t start at showtime — and they don’t end when the crowd leaves.

Before.

waste planning | equipment placement | dumpster coordination | vendor prep | setup support

During.

day portering | waste collection | overflow response | guest area support | conversion support

After.

load-out recovery | furniture & material haul-off | bulk debris removal | post-event cleanup | material sorting and diversion reporting

The problem with events.

Clean event environments don’t happen by accident.

Live events compress thousands of people, vendors and moving parts into a short window of time.

Small operational issues become visible quickly:

• Overflowing bins
• Vendor buildup
• Guest area litter
• Load-out debris

Event waste often becomes reactive — until it becomes a problem.

Common gaps:

Volunteer gaps
Volunteers signed up to support the event experience, not monitor trash stations or haul bags.

Undefined responsibility
Venues, vendors and promoters often assume someone else is handling waste operations.

Operational disruption
What gets left behind affects venue turnover and future operations.

Events move fast. Waste systems have to keep pace.

• Day portering during crowd surges
• Responsive overflow support
• Efficient vendor load-out recovery
• Guest area presentation support
• Venue coordination
• Diversion tracking

You focus on the experience. We handle the operational cleanup behind the scenes.

Temporary event environments require real operational systems.

Live events compress thousands of people, vendors, materials and operations into a temporary environment for a short period of time — creating concentrated waste challenges that directly impact guest experience, operational flow and venue readiness.

Without a proactive cleanup and waste strategy, overflowing bins, litter buildup, vendor overflow and post-event debris quickly become operational problems instead of routine maintenance.

Clean event environments don’t happen by accident.

Bash Division helps venues, promoters and event teams stay ahead of waste operations through coordinated portering, cleanup, haul-off and diversion-focused recovery systems built for live event environments.

Event waste operations are usually reactive — until they become a problem.

Volunteer
gaps

Asking volunteers to monitor waste stations or handle cleanup can be difficult because it’s often not how they hoped to spend their time.

Built for
live events

Traditional waste vendors understand hauling — not crowd surges, load-outs, vendor overflow or guest-facing event environments.

Undefined
responsibility

Promoters, venues and vendors often assume someone else is managing waste operations until problems become visible in real time.

Operational
disruption

What’s left behind after the event impacts overnight turnover, venue readiness and continuing facility operations.

Event support that moves at event speed.

You focus on the guest experience. We handle the operational cleanup behind the scenes.

Real events. Real operations.

Operational proof matters.

From races and festivals to public events and venue recovery, Bash Division supports fast-moving live environments where cleanliness, response time and operational flow directly impact the attendee experience.

Trash and Stash did an excellent job handling trash and recycling for the United States Disc Golf Championship. We moved nearly 20K people through the annual event at Winthrop University. Outsourcing this service was one of the better upgrades we made to the USDGC in 2025. Thank you, Cameron and crew!
