UPDATE: October 14, 2021
We will continue to monitor recommendations re: COVID safety precautions from local & federal agencies. At this time we are NOT regularly wearing masks. We do however, carry masks in the truck. Please let us know in advance or upon arrival if you’d like us “mask up.”
As we get into cold & flu season, we are requiring any employee who calls in sick to provide proof of a negative COVID test before returning to work.
Stashy in a Masky
Our response to COVID- 19 is simple. We will continue to follow local, state & federal guidelines where just & reasonable. We will take a common sense approach when judgment is necessary.
We provide junk removal service to both North & South Carolina (Trash & Stash service area) & will continue to use our best judgement across state lines.
We will take the following COVID-19 safety precautions:
[10/14/21- WE ARE NOT REGULARLY WEARING MASKS BUT CAN “MASK UP” UPON REQUEST OR AS CIRCUMSTANCES DICTATE.] Crew members will wear masks covering their mouth and nose while in our customers’ homes, indoors & in confined spaces. We will also wear masks during face to face interactions with customers & crew.
We’ll practice physical distancing when possible & appropriate.
The nature of our job irregardless of the pandemic often requires our crew to wear gloves & eye protection. We will continue to prioritize the safety of our crew with proper protective equipment.
Contactless interaction with our customers is possible. If junk items to be removed are identified & accessible we can limit face to face interaction. Please let us know about any specific concerns or requests during the coordination call. We’ll be respectful of your distancing, sanitization & health precaution wishes. We now offer curbside bulk waste services at a discounted rate. Learn more.
Crew will be provided with cleaning supplies to sanitize the job site after our work is complete if necessary/ appropriate.
We’ve built a qualified employee pool so crew can take sick days as needed.
We’re committed to providing a safe work environment for our crew & for our customers. Safety is a priority for us before and beyond Covid-19. One of our core beliefs is to create shockingly human experiences. This means we’re compassionate & caring about the well- being of our crew & customers. The concept of responsibility is also one of our business pillars. So, we’ll continue to be responsible for our actions. We’ll be mindful about how we affect the health & well being of our crew & customers. We’ll also be continually monitoring how we can stay operational to provide junk removal, storage delivery & declutter services to Fort Mill.
